Aerobics (Granny
Style)
Weekly Aerobics Class
each Wednesday at 10:00 am in Melrose
Fellowship Hall. This class is open to anyone wanting to loose
inches, loose weight, gain energy and have fun. The workout will be Granny
Style - low impact. So put on your exercise shoes and join the group! While
we may be over 50, we're young at heart and plan to stay that way with exercise.
It's a safe, fun workout that can increase your flexibility, endurance,
coordination and range of motion. Plan to join us each Wed. at 10:00 am.
